Kevin Barrera’s family was forced to relive the tragedy of his death last week when disturbing images of the 2009 homicide scene were found on Google Maps. Barrera’s father wants Google to take down the images, but what he wants even more is justice for his son, who was just 14 years old when he was shot and killed in Richmond. Five immigrant women decided to sacrifice their jobs and their time to start a worker cooperative with no money, just the idea. One woman said they went on food stamps to survive while starting the business with just a few hundred dollars.
